Account Password – Lost or Needs Changing

If you need your account password reset, please reach out to our support team via email at support@idexpro.com or submit a support ticket here.

For customers logged in to their user account and wish to update their credentials, the process is simple. Simply navigate in your account to the My Account drop-down menu. Select “Change Password”. Here you will enter a new password and confirm it.
